At present, we offer delivery to mainland UK only.
We aim to dispatch products within 2 working days of order confirmation (excluding weekends).
If placed after 3pm, orders will begin to process the next working day. 
Once dispatched, we will send you a tracking code for your parcel via email. A signature will be required, so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the parcel. Deliveries will be made to the address listed in your confirmation - please check that this is correct before placing the order as we will not be responsible for any errors.
Please be advised, if you are not available to receive your order and do not collect it from your local delivery office; if it is returned to us, you will be charged another delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again.

Delivery times are approximate and from the time of dispatch, not receipt of your order. If you have any special requirements or need your order to arrive sooner, please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate.


Shop online from the comfort of your own home with our FREE collection service.
Place your order online and choose the 'In Store Collection' option at the delivery stage. Orders will be available to collect from the gallery the next working day after receipt of your order within our usual opening hours. Please note, if you select this option accidentally you must contact us to arrange and pay for delivery.

 McKenna Wallart make every effort to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, for any reason should you wish to return an item* to us a full refund will be issued (minus postage and packaging costs). 

The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in full resalable and unused condition in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return delivery and the items until they reach us. Please post your return packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Please remember to send us an email with any return, including your name, order number and which item(s) you wish to return.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, please make sure to use an insured, registered and tracked delivery service with the appropriate amount of cover for the value of your items and retain your receipt as proof of postage. 

Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund from the date of return. Credits will be made to the same method as original payment.

All goods are inspected upon return. We may refuse to accept items if they do not adhere to our return policy, in which case they will be sent back to you. *We are unable to offer a refund/exchange for personalised items or earrings.* We are not responsible for goods that are sent to us by mistake.

In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.   

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
